I wasn't sure what to think about a mushroom gummy. To my surprise I love them
I find them to taste a little like licorice.
Very tasty.

I am 70 yrs old and I love using all 5 of the mushroom extracts in a cup of hot water in the morning before I eat or drink anything. I add some ACV and lemon juice. I feel great all day with energy, focus & clarity and haven't been sick in over a year!

I had a stroke had the stroke 4 weeks ago yesterday. Not a “mini” stroke, a blood clot went to my hypothalamus and left me in a mess. I couldn’t hardly walk because my left side was numb, my vision was whacked, among other things I started having anxiety attacks for the first time in my life. The LM is great! I'm recovering very fast and had some very interesting things happening with my brain. I tried to play the piano again a few days after my stroke and couldn't play anymore. After taking the LM for a few weeks I could play songs I’ve never played in keys that I've never played in and now I can even sing while I play (something I couldn't do before). It's like my brain has started rewiring itself and it's coming back better and my cognitive ability is better, I can focus much better (been taking prescription meds for it for many years and I don’t need them now). I ordered the lions mane extract. It was shipped immediately. I ordered from Harmony because it was a local company and have friends who recommended them. The level of customer support online and in person (I found them at the Jacksonville farmers market) was above excellent. I had the opportunity to try their fresh lions mane and blue oyster mushrooms. They were beautiful and delicious. Don’t waste your money with other questionable online products. I have had ADHD for over 30 years. I have dealt with brain fog, lack of focus, easily distracted, etc. for years. The quality is outstanding. I have all four and they’re all exceptional. I’ll never buy another brand of extract. I know the grower, and he’s the one making the extract in the same place the mushrooms are grown. So many extracts are made from mushroom powders shipped in from china, full of toxins and contaminants. It just doesn’t get better than this right here.

Adding this small habit will give great inroads to mental and cognitive stability. That little push in the right direction to get the neurons flowing! after researching about lions mane being helpful with brain fog and general mood enhancement, decided to try harmony lions mane tincture. started getting the clarity I was hoping for with one unexpected benefit. had pain in my hand for the last year figured is what it is at my age. WRONG! woke one day and realized I had no more pain in my hand. this stuff does what it says.

It’s so hard to find quality, well priced cordyceps extracts online. This is by far the best I’ve tried. Got a noticeable boost in energy after taking it for just a few days, and I actually enjoy the taste to boot. So glad I found this stuff.

I use this twice a day, once in the morning with my coffee and again at night with tea. My mental clarity and focus has significantly improved since using. There’s no bitter taste when you mix in with a beverage which was a huge selling point for me. Couldn’t recommend it more!

Got this for my dad for his sciatic never pain. It’s been helping him a lot. I ended up starting to take the lion’s mane extract for a little mental boost and it does help with my focus over time. Unlike a lot of the other extracts I used to take, this has no bitter flavor or aftertaste. That was always a turn off for me. With this extract, I get the health benefits and a great taste giving me a lot more options for mixing in drinks.
